This is a new event for us and we have already received great feedback that this is something that we need in our area and we are very excited about the event. We are also extremely happy that our partners at The City of Floresville and the FEDC are supportive of this event as well.
Our goal going into the event, as with every event, is to bring people into our great community, and showcase why Floresville is so special. With that said, our local businesses are always first and foremost in our minds which is why Chamber Members receive a reduced cost for booth space at the event and we offering up sponsorship opportunities. This is a great marketing opportunity for our members to get in front of a crowd and let us do the leg work for you.
We have created 2 tiers of sponsorship opportunities for the Bridal Expo
Sponsorship
Platinum Sponsorship - $150
Platinum Sponsor $150 - would receive an 8X10 framed sponsor certificate at the check in area at the event and would be recognized often through our email membership distribution and our Facebook page. All sponsors will be announced during the event at least twice and will be on a sponsorship banner at the Chamber office. This banner will be used at the check-in table at the event and then after the event at the Chamber office.
Diamond Sponsorship - $250
Diamond Sponsor $250 – Diamond Sponsor would receive everything from the above sponsorships and would also receive a scheduled Facebook live visit with you at your place of business on a date and time of your choosing.
All sponsors would also be encouraged to bring us their business cards or collateral for their business which would also be displayed at the event near our check in area.

An invoice will then be generated and emailed to you for payment. Please also include a picture or jpeg of what you would like us to use to promote your business for signage and marketing.

Any business cards or collateral can be dropped off at the H&R Block location at 919 10th Street Suite 117 in Floresville (office hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 10AM-6PM, The Flower Basket located at 1127 C Street in downtown Floresville (office hours are Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM and Saturday 9AM-12PM) if sign says closed or out for delivery, please feel free to place items in the mailbox right by the door or you can also drop off items at the Chamber office. Monday and Wednesday 9AM-4PM and Friday 10AM-4PM.
